Balance Deduction

I got a recharge of Rs50, in this i am supposed to be getting free 300sms/day (national and STD), but since yesterday they are deducting it from my main balance.when i called the customer care they said that there is some problem goin on with their server and it will be fixed by today morning, but they wont be refunding my money. But it is still not fixed, when i called again they said that it will be fixed by 30march.

Why do the consumer has to suffer evrytime, why are they not refunding my money, when i had already paid for my recharge, then why do i need to pay them for their problem.

This is not the first time i am facing such a problem, they have still not solved my earlier problem as well.
