Dear sir,

I am using the airtel no i.e. 9179403377 .I want to port out my airtel no. but when i am generating UPC (unique porting code) they are not providing me the UPC code & the error which is coming is MNP is not yet lounged for ur service area SMS to 1900 is chargeable .when I again try to send the SMS the reply comes message sending failed. Kindly help me in this matter so that I can port out my no. as soon as poosible.
