Deduction of charges without facility

Sir/Madam,

My name is Amit Kumar Moria and i am having a airtel prepaid mobile phone number 9816570102. As i have giving exams so i switched off my mobile phone during exam time. for the last two days of exam whenever i switch on my mobile i got message that i have missed some important calls and if i want to know the numbers i missed i should request at *321*887# dialing. As instructed i dial this number and i got the message that your request is under process and i will soon get the list of 5 numbers i missed. This has happened on the last two days of my exams but i haven't got any list of numbers despite of dedcuted of the request made amount. Airtel care is the most third class service in the mobile phones provider every time i called on that service it got autotmatically disconnected whenever i tried to talk with customer care executive.
