Not received my 2 prizes

i am retailer since the last 4 years in bhuj, maurya provision store is my store and in the last year scheme of airtel "dhekho mauka maaro chauka ', the company told me through the message & through their tsm that i have won an juicer ixer grinder machine . but till now no one is taking responsibility to give me the respective prizes . when i call them they alwys give me a messaage that soon you will be receiving the prize.
