Disconection of number without informing

Before 4 days i have got a message please verify your account for that i have visited to miraroad ARc and submitted my documents and on 19/10 they had disconnected my number without informing me later i talk to customer care but they were also not responed properly again i have talk with there sinior person Mr. Mehrul he had given me the number of Mr.asif khan i have called him he replied me that he dose not belong to Airtel and they had completed puzzled me throug this situation.

Please help what to do with them.
