Call drop and network connectivity issu

This is brought to your notice that in bihar airtel service is very very pathetic. The call drop is maximum. The network connectivity is very very poor, cross connection is very often. I had launched a complain in the month October regarding my network connectivity, till today they ar unable to provide any positive solution. Also maximum time cross connection is happenning and in tje evening time unable to connect any sigle no.

Overall the service is very pathetic and i have asked them to improve their service but no solution they have provided till today.
