Unwanted service starts automatically and deduct balence

I have airtel prepaid sim that no. is 9589739797 automatically unwanted service starts and deduct my balence i dont know why only airtel did this kind of shock tactics i am using other than airtel but still i am not facing problem on that if service is like that i will leave airtel.
