Not Receiving SMS

This is the second time its happening that Some of my friends send me sms but i did not received the sms on my number 9993738893 but in their cellphone delivery msg comes (delivered) also they have sent sms to my other number it's received there, this is very Unprofessional Behavior please solve it as early as possible and make sure that it does not occur again.
