AIRTEL BLACKBERRY SUCKS AND SO DOES AIRTEL SERVICE

The Airtel-Blackberry Javelin handset is a pain. The track ball gets stuck very often and renders the handset useless. My Javelin trackball has got stuck twice within 6 months and the sad part is that Airtel takes its own sweet time servicing it... for it to go faulty again. Even the temporary handset given has faults which take weeks to fix. Repeated complaints to Airtel do not help. Pathetic service from Airtel. Insensitive to the needs of customers. Never buy Blackberry from Airtel.

Airtel needs to replace all its faulty trackball handsets with sensor pad ones.
