Airtel Blackberry Service
Failed activation repeatedly

Respected Sir,

I am an airtel prepaid customer and my number is 919704250000. I recently bought a Blackberry Bold 3 mobile phone. The internet and other services are not being activated. I checked the website and i sent an sms to 121 saying airtelbb. Even after repeated attempts, my activation has not taken place. I have called 121 and waited for the customer care executive to answer my query for more than 10 minutes! Airtel has been a very big problem for me. The purpose of buying a Blackberry mobile is over if there is not blackberry service! Their customer care is pathetic and they have no value of the customer queries.

I am unable to activate the monthly Rs.399 (Unlimited emails (POP/IMAP) Instant Messaging Internet Browsing)

Kindly look into the matter and please do the needful.
