Can not unsubscribe frenzo

Sir,

A am unable to unsubscribe frenzo chat on my airtel no. 9006757417. My balance got deducted many of times automaticaly and I can't help myself. Everytime msg arives that log in to m.frenzo.com to UNSUBSCRIBE. But after logging in I can't get any option to unsubscribe. I this way I am being looted by Airtel as I am not using the serveice but paying for that.
