Not able to contact customer care

Dear Sir,

My Name is Sadasiva Reddy, and mobile number is 9900720777. My Complaint is:

When ever I call customer care, they drop the call and their after I will not be able to contact the customer care. After the initial choice menu, I get a message saying to dial *123# to know the balance and say's thank you for calling airtel and gets disconnected. After 10 to 15 days I will be able to contact the Costumer care and once again the above mentioned problem occurs.

Please do the needful
