Starting value added services without asking for it

I am using Airtel prepaid services since last 6 yrs or more. the problem here is that the company starts any value added services (like GPRS, News, Cricket info) without even asking for the same and the charges are also deducted without information. Quite a few times i hv logged call n then they remove the same, But how can they do so every time. In such a busy life of mumbai we don;t hv time also to go to consumer forum or the dealer office to get the things cleared.

can u suggest what shud i do in such case??
