Very slow speed

Airtel 3g datacard was sold to me on 1/12.the download speed is very slow at 5kpbs. Even with 2g we can get speed of 150 kpbs with mtnl, tata indicom.the sales guy does not come to my office after complaining about speed.went to airtel gallery in borivili and they said they do not deal with complaint.i want to cancel it but noboby providing me a form so that i can sign and cancel the contract.i am frustated with this attitude.meanwhile i will be paying rs 599 st per month for this.please advise.
