Issue in billing with my Aitrle telephone & broadband connection

I am using my land line no. 0120-4259693 since last more then 5 yrs. in this connection I am using a special retention plan of Rs. 449/-month along with Rs. 75/-P.M. for calls on 2 GSM numbers (Friend and Family nos). I was happily enjoying the services from Airtel till March. but when I received the invoice for the month of Apr-11 they have also charged for friend & family calls along with top up of Rs. 75/-. in the month of May they have adjusted the same charges. but again from the month of June I am regular getting bills with the charges on F & F calls. Now they have disconnected my internet connection.
In this regards, I have called so many times and sent underneath mails as well. but no one is ready to resolve the problem. every time when I speak to customer are they told, my request is in progress, will be short out as earliest possible. but that is still pending. I am regular getting calls to pay the amount but no one is ready to resolve my problem.
So, I request you to help me out in this regard. I will be highly obliged to you.
