Dear Airtel Support,
I am sorry to say that I am very much disappointed with your service since I have given a compliant (# 44031058) on 11-03 (more than 2 weeks over!) due to the sound disturbances with my land line phone and till now your team could not resolve the problem. The callers are complaining that they are not able to hear anything. Even I am also experiencing the same problem whenever I was trying from outside..
On 16th of March your site engineer had come and confirmed that the problem is with the instrument (phone). He want to replace the instrument with an old phone which has no speaker sound, no caller id display even dial tune itself not able to hear.(Current model is Beetel Trend).
I request you to look in to this issue at the earliest and resolve.
