Non-Existent - Customer Service

Hi Guys

I don't know how many of you have noticed it, but I have tried reaching the Airtel cutomer service many times over the internet.

First of all, they don't have a TOLL FREE number.

Secondly, nobody replies on the email.

There is not way of reaching them free of cost if you are availing their services, apart from calling them from their mobile or landline.

Isn't it a deviation from the rules laid down by the regulatory authorities like TRAI?
