Generating bills after submitting for closing the account

Hi,
I put the request to shift my broadband to on last week on Nov for 30/11.
After a week when I call to customer care at 121 I came to know that there is no network in that area and then itself I confirmed to close he account. Customer care told me that he put the note and my connection will be closed.
On 14'th Dec I received a call from Airtel about the connection and then too I confirmed him to close the account. I received inflated bill of whole billing cycle.
I visited sec 57, noida office and met with help desk there She told me that on till 14'th I have to pay as the confirmation was given on 14'th Dec.
I paid the bill thinking that it will close the account.
But I again received the bill of Dec billing Cycle.
I informed again called to customer care and written too. I again received the reply with new ticket ID for closer.
I called customer care again he is not giving any info.
I am feeling harassed and cheated.
Please do let me know what are my options.
