Making wrong commitments

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Ankit Goyal from Bangalore. On 30-12 i had applied for an Airtel Broadband connection. I was told by their officer that the connection would be installed within 7 days. I had already given Rs.- as installation charges. I waited for around 12 days for their person to turn up and install the connection. On inquiring, they say that they cannot provide the connection to me. So I asked them to refund my money. They said that within 15 days I would get my money back but its been more than 15 days I did not get a single paise from them. Now again on inquiring they are saying that it will take another 1 week.

They are making false commitments. Firstly, they said that they will provide me with the connection and, secondly, they said that I would get my money back within 15 days.
