Wrong bill

For the last six months I am facing the problem of excess bill in Airtel.

I am been charged with Late fees with the fact that I pay my bill before or on the last date of bill payment either by going to the Airtel store or by giving the payment to the Airtel executive.

I have contacted the customer care of airtel but they are reluctant to understand the situation.

I have a 649 Broadband rental plan in which I should get the bill of around Rs 715 (vat added) but Airtel billing department is adding up the late fees and now the bill has reached upto Rs 1050 in the march bill.

My Airtel phone number is 01143081905. Please do help me as I am making the payments regularly bt no help is been given by AIRTEl.
