Unnacessary calls

Dear Sir,

I have a internet connection in my home at Indore, M.P..Same as my number there is another number in Bhopal city of M.P which is customer care number., because of that I am getting so many unwanted calls. Then I called to customer care and asked to change my number but they are asking Rs 500.00 for that and I did not get any help while I called.

I have already deposited money for all installation charges. Please help me out.
