Delivering faulty modem - twice and pathetic service response

As a last attempt to get some decent service from Airtel I am writing to you.

I have been an airtel customer for about 11 years now and it would be sad to move away from you.

I have a mobile connection with you, a landline, an IPTV and a broadband with airtel as part of their triple offer. Since i bought that I am faced with such poor service quality on the braodband and IPTV that i am compelled to write here.

I had raised a compliant on 9th Jan for my modem not working I was given a time of some 8 hours by which the service would get fixed. Which means no broadband and IPTV for a day. A technician came on 10th Jan and gave me a modem with in built wireless which worked for an hour and then the wireless part failed. I reopened the compliant on 10th Jan nite and yet again the technician came next day and put in some bogus modem which worked for a few hours and then would not power on at all. Its power button had to be taped up to make it work. I have again registered a complaint and am by now totally frustrated. I received a call back from airtel who said they would look into the issue but i see no action post that. I need to work odd hours as I am in Info Technology field and this is seriously making me miss my work and productivity.

I would sincerely request you to look into the matter.
