Plan:-2 MBPS but I am getting speed 412 KBS, and I am paying for 2MBPS

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using this connection from more than 3 years and facing lots of problem from airtel side. I ahve check speed of this connection yesterday and found speed 412kbs ispite of 2MBPS.It is requested you to kind give me a favor to refund the total amount that i had paid for 2MBPS from lat 6 months and i am getting 412kbps and give me 2MBPS full speed of internet. Every time when go for cosumer comaplain, i got solution hope this time you guys will help me.
