In 2009 I have applied for a new broad band internet connection, then service person approached me, asking for the documents and cheque (3000 for the 3 months unlimited), then after few days he called me and said, "there is no ports available in your street, so we cannot provide you the service" and I asked for the money that paid as deposit, then he told "it will be mailed to your address", it was happened in Sept after one week, I ask the customer care, they took a complaint, after 3 weeks one more complaint, keep on giving new complaints, but I am not getting my money back, I don't have words for them.
Can some provide me how can I go for the consumer forum, to file my loss.
