Connection disconnected but still getting bill

Dear Sir/Madam
I got mail from Airtel that my airtel connection is disconnected in April, i shifted from there...
As per customer care my outstanding was Rs 34/- (after security deposit is adjusted) now again my previous landlord told me that i have got bill from Airtel. I have got mail from airtel and i am trying to ask customer care 121@, but everytime i am getting that my request is being handled, and after 10 days when i asked status, they told me my connection will be disconnected and amount will be adjusted from security... well i have got same mail 2 months back as well i still have that mail as well.. I have again dropped mail to airtel and now again it is saying.. they have registered my concern.
Please suggest how i can stop this harrasment.
