I have given payment for new connection on 22nd June vide cheque of amount 1200/- . as advance rental for

Package 599 Bandwidth 512 kbps

CEF No HY 315816

Now one month has passed and no initiative is taken for connection.

Either refund my amount or install connection with in time of 5 working days.

Take this mail as notice from myside as a customer.

Also I will be putting your feedback across all internet complaint forums.

Also provide the address of the dealer who have falsely committed to me and still 1 month has passed and no action has been taken.

I have been also trying to reach your Airtel Broadband Manager Mr Raj Shekhar 9959011197, who is not entertaining the calls. The marketing person who took the amount name is David 9704335703

Air tel services are disgusting.
