Broadband Re-ativation

Hi,

Airtel Broadband (at LUCKNOW) is delaying the re-activation of my existing Broadband connection for quite sometime. They want to charge once again of modem and other stuff which they have not asked me for at the time of de-activation. I have done temporary deactivation for 3 months as I was not in town and now in reactivating the same they are delaying it and not doing the needful in timely manner.
