Unnecessary calls

Dear sir

I am user of air tel land line (No. 01145143447) and broadband services. Every time I pay my land line bill before the due date. Last month i.e. on December 15 I paid the bill amount Rs. 800/-(though the bill amount was Rs. 794/-) by cash at ARC Address C-7 Fateh Nagar, New Delhi, their ARC Code is FS829. My cash payment receipt number is 0131vide transaction id no. 851478648. Still I am receiving calls from air tel people stating that my bill amount is due. I have provided them all the above mentioned details. My next bill for Rs. 709/- is due on 13/1. I fail to understand why such a reputed concern is unnecessary harassing its valued customers, with unnecessary calls. Why can't they update their data at there end?

I'll be grateful if you take an appropriate action towards my complaint and update me at lata_seth20@yahoo.co.in.
