Bill paid!!! still getting calls for unpaid bill payment

Sir,

My telephone number is 0761-4043497.For past 20 days i've been called everyday for my unpaid bill of 18th MAY. But i've already paid my Land-line bill on 8th of JUNE, and also lay a complaint with complaint number-17124020 regarding my payment issues. It was told by the customer care representative that this complaint will be resolved on 20th of JUNE but no actions has been placed untill now!!!

More over they have added my previous bill to the current outstanding bill of this month, which is unacceptable!!!

The receipt no. of my Paid bill is :- 449929

also sending you a scanned copy of the original receipt.

Kindly respond immediately, and I hope you will take it into consideration as soon as possible.
