Discontinue of Broadband service

Airtel customer service I would say the worst one. They updated information of their own and later cheat customer. I had given request to cancel my broadband service. I gave request to cancel it. they said with 24 hours your connection will be disconnected and they will take the instrument etc. The person came to take the instruement and since I am leaving abroad I thought of settle if any due is there for 10 days from billing cycle and I called customer care. To my surprise they are saying it is not cancelled but tranfer to your new XYZ address. which i never knew. Now they are telling to raise complain regarding this and wait for 2 days to look into the issue. but I have not got any reply so far. My airtel broadbank number was 08042068570.
