Air tel broad band service

My land line number 080-41616605 is not working for the last one week, I have been trying to register a complain with customer care, very time they put my call on hold then is disconnected.

I tried with 121, 198, also other 080-44444121 to register a complain but in vain and frustrated.

Reason every time we are log on to their add the by time the call is tranfered to customer excutive is kept on hold then is disconnected also they are charging to my hand set number.

This way they are cheeting the customer purposely, If this type of customer service continues in India Aitel will soon loose its market share in the near future.

Request to help us sort out this problem soonest possible.
