Connection Disconnected by a fault from your end

Are you really concerned for your customers?
Is there really someone who can seriously look towards our complaints still unresolved from last 12 days.
It was due to mistake from your end that my number has gone to the database of the connections to be disconnected.
Was that my fault??
There was problem in my IP TV Box since 18th May. Someone from your Airtel Team called and told me that he is coming to resolve the problem.
I waited for all day on saturday and sunday but no one came.
When I again called to your customer desk I discovered that my issue has been resolved and locked.
How your team can do this without even coming to my place?
I think his name was MR Kumar.
Then from 22nd I discoverd after coming back from office that my Internet too not working. I called your helpdesk and came to know that by mistake my number got disconnected because of mixing of Database by fault.
I was ill and willing to do a work from home and requested to the head of customer team Mr Abdullah that kindly reactivate my connection ASAP.
He told me that I will try my level best but may take a maximum time of commitment before 28th May.
I again called up and this time Mr Faizal told me that I am activating your connection ASAP.
Still till date by again talking to Mr Sujal my connection is not active.
What should I do sir?
Will you be able to continue such type of services been from my end?
I think its the most shmaeful and heartbreaking attitude from your end.

Is there any commitment from your end that my connection will be activated or not?
My payment of Bill day was today itself 31st May.
But I am not paying bill till my connection been reactivated.
Also my billing cycle from your end was from 11th April and so on.
My connection got activated since 15th April so why should I pay the bill from 11th April?
Is it my duty to remind your team for generating my bill from the date when I started using your connection.
Plz reply ASAP.
