No response from call center!

I have demanded the itemized bill on 23 aug for the month of aug 07 thru call center but didn't received any bill till 19 sep. There is no proper response from call center some representative said that it has been dispatched some says it is being sent. I also give the e_mail id for delivery the bill.
Very poor service!
