Irrational changes in plans and extortion

Airtel India (Hyderabad) has changed plans for my broad band connection several times the recent one being from Rs.549/ for 256 KBPS to Rs.799/.
This is not informed and aggreed upon. This is extortion and expointations. Thoroughly unethical business.
