We have total 5 mobile prepaid connections of Airtel, NOS- 9967243290 / 9892766599 / 9967243152 / 9892691576 and there is complete anarchy as far as customer interest and protection of balance is concerned. Every month service provider that Airtel has been deducting from our talk time for unsolicited schemes.
every month they activating different schemes and deducting talk time without taking our consent and 121 service is complete farce.
problem is not that they are doing such thing but doing with impunity.
