Illegal balance deduction

Sir,

I beg to state that I am a customer of airtel with mobile no 9007265211 and being sufferd from faulty balance deduction most of the time I call. For instance I called for 10 min 40 sec and have been charged 6 rupees @50 paise/min scheme. Every time complaint them they ask to take their call detail plan which charges rs. 58 for a period of 90 days. So I thought it will be more costlier than to faulty deduction.

So i plea to you for justice.
