Dear sir/madam

this i rajeev and i have been using airtel for last 5 year and suddendly my sim was not working well then i reached to airtel outlet (Agarwal Enterprises in moradabad) for issue new sim then i came to knw 85 had paid for issue new sim then i called to customer care so he told that u could issue 45 only.

now i m confused company rate is 45 and outlet cost is 85.

i have request you to take action against airtel outlet in moradabad soon
