I got an Fake Message from TM-VICTORY. Message is like This:

Congrats!! your Mobile No has won 200, 000 DBP in the 2009 (SHELL) INT'L Mobile Draw. To claim your prize Contact: Dr. Lewis M on Via e-mail: ukshellmobile@live.com.

But My Complain is Why This kind of fake message should come? Why they can't stoppped?
