Debrring of calls for want of address verification

I have taken airtel postpaid no from delhi. i am working in one of the office of ministry of defence .i have given my office address for billing .my office is located at palam road, now my connection has been debarred for outgoing calls saying address is not verified i donot understand as to how i can be responsible for that it is the job of the company to verify the adress. all document were submitted at the time of getting the connection. today i am getting the message to submit the document again why?? neither i have time nor patience to accept this arbitrary action. I am central government employee and i feel it is your company who is failing to verifying my address i request my calls may be restored immediately
