Delay in submission of documents by deale

I have a complaint against the local dealer and main dealer of Airtel in Banswara district. Now, my number 08003650001 is no more working and can't be retain according to my dealer. Its just because of the Airtel's dealer mistake I'm suffering. Now, is my voice falling on deaf ears cause I have been trying to contact the Nodal officer but no response and even send a mail on 3rd December of which the reference number is 31220099401 they promised to contact me with 24 hours replying with an auto-generated mail. Even there is no way we can find out the direct contact number of Nodal officer. It nowhere given on the airtel.in website also

My problem is all the times I've submitted my documents on time to the local dealer Vishal in Kushalgarh, and was in proper contact with the TM in Banswara, Rajsthan but they being aware of the fact that my number will only be valid for a month, then the number wouldn't exists, they weren't bother to sumbit my documents on time just because I wasn't a local resident and they had to fill extra forms like Annexure E and many more. Now, my question is isn't there any method through which I can retain my number, I still have my sim and have submitted the documents thrice. I'm ready to submit the documents for the above mentioned number.
