Unnecessary deduction of balance deduction form the mobile

Sir this is sai raghavendra kumar using the airtel prepaid services from last 3months.

They introduced the "8008"series. But they are deducting the money for the custmer account for also not activated services i had deducted the nearly 30rupees frm my account in case i did not activate the services of friends chat services. My number is 8008332814
