Customer care not responding

I had registered a compliant at airtel customer care to activate my call waiting service, as its not getting activated from my or other mobile handsets. They had given me the complaint no. on 31/11, then they called me and told me that it's my handset problem, i requested them that i tried this from another handsets also.they had given me one more compliant no. ie 29801993, and promised me to respond on 9/11.but as they are so busy they didnt.now i am calling airtel customer care but i m getting no answers from them, instead a message "please check the no. u have dialled".

I am completly dissatisfied with the service.
