Dear airtel,

i nirbhay singh using yr service of airtel and and i had not been given any proper guidance to use gprs mo (mobile office) and we have to wait longer to talk to customer care officer. though they got connected to us they r not sure about the services given to the customer inspite answer like this.. "sir, u have to talk to related department officer. my no is 9662592757 from gujarat in baroda at makarpura. i had tried lot to connect using mo to internet but still its not working. what is the solution.timing to activate service is from 12 night to 12 night. how person can be able to do this.if asked to comlain they try avoid. if u r providing all the services then provide us wid a unique complain centre.
