Sir, I have received a message from airtel that (Thanks for downloading IndoPakCricket2007 from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 99. Movie Pics and Gossip - *321*555# at 2027 Hrs on 13 dec. i have contacted customer care. He has sent the sms as (Thank you for contacting Airtel. Your request reference number is 1213504851. Simplify Life! Just Dial *121# to get instant account information.). But by dialing *121# and dialing 121# no such account information is coming. Then I send sms STOP to 121. Reply came (Your request to Stop Services has been received. We shall get back to you in a few minutes with the options.) Then (We have not received any input from you in the last 5 mins. To Stop a service reply to this message with 'STOP'.) Then I send sms STOP to1210. But how to get back my Rs 99 from airtel.By dialing *123# still my main balance is Rs178.96. It should be Rs 178.96 Rs99.00=Rs 277.96.My mobile no is 9893888527. from amla, betul MP
