Prepaid card blocked

I have taken an airtel prepaid card (9972679080). After one month my outgoing was blocked and finally the sim got blocked. Inspite of resubmitting the documents, and escalating the issue to the next levels, I couldnt retain the number. Thanks to Airtel, I lost a job offer.
