Worst value added services

I didn't subscribe for any value added services but airtel automatically deducted money on a monthly basis for some value added services (Cricket alert, Friends chat etc., ) they offer which are of complete crap to me. When i called the customer care they responded saying that once the money is deducted from my prepaid account, it can never be given back. Airtel, for the first time, appeared as a bunch of robbers who cannot withstand the market competition and are trying to steal money from their reputed customers. My mobile number 9894528556.
