Not able to send or receive SMS

Hi.

My name is Jobin John and my number is 9898669334 I am using this number since last 6 years and i am one of the valued customer, . Since i am using airtel service from 6 years i never had any complaints about the services. But now a days its Just Waste and i dont understand that why i am not getting any correct resolution for my Problem, .

Since from last one month I am not able to send and receive msg. and i have spoken with many representative from airtel customer care and of no use... This is making me to change my service provider or else i need to inform is to TRAI
