De-activation of my Mobile Phone No.9566028104

This is to inform you that my mobile No.9566028104 was de-activated from 20.12.09 and the Sim Card is in the name of P.V.Mallika in the following address :

"Green View Apartments",

Plot No.68, Door No.7,

7th Street, Sayee Nagar,

Virugambakkam,

Chennai - 92.

I have purchased the Sim Card from Airtel Retail Office, Kodambakkam, with relevant documentary proof (xerox copy of Ration Card & Voter's ID) submitted and the same was forwarded to your office for verification. I came to understand from Airtel Customer Care on 21.12.09 that my mobile phone no. was de-activated due to by not attending the call made by your inspecting official. Since, I am working in MNC Company and may not be in a position to attend the call over phone and also I do not know the unknown call no. to speak again.

Due to simple reason, de-activation of my mobile no. is not correct. Now, I have a credit balance of nearly Rs.178/- with a booster pack of Rs.119/- with 3 months validity under Prepaid Plan. Hence I request you to activate the above said mobile no. and restore the same immediately.

Also, I advice your inspecting official to contact me during Saturday or Sunday for verification proof in person in the above address already forwarded to you.
