Alance deducated frm the account automatically

Airtel has started cheating customers. On 19th dec09, i recieved an sms that hellotune has been activated on ur account an 20rs has been deducated from my account. I called the customer care they said that they have activated on my request. i was so annoyed as i havn't made any request and now when i call to customer care they hung up the phone. Airtel is cheating and has a bad service... i ll strongly recommend everyone not to use its service
