Daily internet pack Rs 35 a cheating

I recharge 94 for 100 mb 2gb night (12-8), airtel said it is only for browsing not for downloading, for unlimited download you need 35/day, so it is goes fine for few days, on 19.12.09 as my need i deduct 35 after this i connect the web for some download but surprisingly airtel deduct all my amount (Rs 267.30) i then call the c/care for this they note a complain which may be solve within 22nd dec, but there was no reply, i called c/care various time, they does not satisfy me, some of the call i record. Can any body help me? Can i go the consumer court for this type of cheating? My no 9932274103.
